Blogging is fun!

This is no hard selling. You may naturally wonder how blogging can be fun when you are told to write articles and posts. But really, you don’t write just for the sake of writing. To blog is to share your knowledge and thoughts and allow people to know more about you as an individual. An online blog is a great platform for you to keep a record of your colourful life and experiences. I used to keep a blog myself as a travel journal. I find it truly amazing when I reread the entries these days and recall all the wonderful moments during the trips. Words are powerful in a way that they can really bring back vivid memories.

To share is to multiply your happiness
In this English blog, you can share whatever is in your mind. It doesn’t need to be something grand or academic. You can write about your private thoughts, travel experiences, views on social issues and so on. By letting more people know what you’ve been through and how you feel, you are actually influencing, or even inspiring more people to write. Once you have taken a step forward to post and share your writing, you will surely find joy in it and your joy will be multiplied when you can attract others who have similar thoughts as you.

To awaken your passion for writing
I am sure there are a lot of passionate writers in KS Lo. Don’t be shy to showcase your talent. This is your stage. Writing as an effective way of communication helps you express your emotions and organise your mind. It is pretty much an inborn ability to all. Through reading and commenting on your friends’ posts, I hope more of you can awaken your passion for writing and contribute your works to us.

To brush up your English language
Some of you may think rigidly that you can’t write if you are not good at English. However, the more you try to stay away from the language, the less you can learn. If you are willing to pluck up your courage to practise writing more in English, you will make improvements very soon.
